Panama 2004 (57.5% ABV) opens the journey with remarkable depth and elegance. Distilled at Varela Hermanos and matured for 12 years in Panama before a further 7 years in the UK, it delivers layers of vanilla, honey, dried stone fruit, coffee and gentle spice, finishing with notes of leather and butterscotch.

Jamaica 2013 showcases the bold character that has made Jamaican rum famous. Rich, full-bodied and unmistakably expressive, it brings vibrant tropical fruit, warming spice and the unmistakable intensity that collectors look for in a traditional Jamaican single cask rum. Every sip is packed with personality.

Guatemala 2012 (61.7% ABV) provides a beautifully rounded finish to the collection. Aged in Guatemala before spending eight years in ex-Scotch whisky casks, it offers a velvety profile of dark chocolate, coffee, toasted walnuts, dry red apple and delicate winter spices, with a long, satisfying finish.

Like every House of Rum release, all three are single cask, single vintage and bottled at natural cask strength with no added sugar, colouring, flavourings or dilution. They're presented exactly as they left the cask - authentic, unadulterated and impossible to reproduce once the bottles are gone.
