HOUSE RULES

A young man with curly hair wearing a suit jacket and white shirt is drinking from a glass while two women with long hair watch him at a social gathering.

We adopted a rather radical approach to our House of Rum bottlings. All our expressions are the product of a single vintage and a single cask, and are bottled in their purest form: undiluted at cask strength, no sugar for sweetness, no caramel for colour, and absolutley no additives.

The true, purest essence of Rum.

THE DEVIL TAKES HIS,

THE REST WE SHARE

The high heat increases the amount of liquid that evaporated during maturation. Known as the Angel’s share across Europe, it is called the Devil’s share in the Tropics, probably because such strong evaporation; about 8 or 9% per year is very expensive for producers. That is why you can find El Diabalo on each of our bottles

RUM STORIES

A glass of amber-colored rum, a bottle of Jamaica rum from 2013, and several pieces of dark chocolate with sprinkles, some in paper cups, on a dark surface.
A bottle of Trinidad rum, a glass of rum with ice, a cigar, and a tube of Hoyo de Monterrey cigarillo on a reflective black surface.
Two bottles of premium spirits—a Barbados Rum bottle with a gold label and a Macallan Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky bottle with an 18-year-old label—are placed on a reflective glass table, with a glass of whisky to the left.
