Single Cask #1 Dominican Republic 2000 from the Oliver Y Oliver distillery with a cask strength of 55.5% ABV

A delicate crème brulee on the nose with a creamy rich vanilla & dry fig sweetness of soaked raisins and a hint of cocoa nibs, cloves and buttered toast finish.

Single Cask #17/V376 Venezuela 2005 from the Corporation Alcooles del Caribe distillery has a cask strength of 57% ABV.

Indulgent rich & fruity aroma with hints of chocolate, on the palate charred wood, citrus fruits, burnt sugar and dark cocoa.

Single Cask #5 Mauritius 2014 from the Chamarel distillery has a cask strength of 54.2% ABV.

Fruity notes of cherry, prunes with caramelised red apple, chocolate and sweet honey. Final aromas of Tonka bean, spices and herbs.
